1940s Double Wow Duofold...

Design - Here we have a basic 1940s undershirt made by Duofold (the health underwear -double layers to make you cooler). It features a slim ringed collar and fitted, cuffed short sleeves. It was made to be fitted to the wearer. A great basic piece to go with any vintage look whether it be worn as an undershirt or just as a fitted T.

Material - cotton (but old paper tags from the era - does not come with this shirt - state to wash them like wool)

Maker - "Duofold- Two layer fabric - Style 701 - Duofold Inc - Mohawk, NY. Size tag reads "40"

Condition - This shirt is in good vintage condition with no holes, rips, stains or tears but it the material is a bit "nubby" throughout. It comes to you in clean, ready-to-wear vintage condition.
