The Art Deco Beach Pyjamas of your Dreems...

Design - Here we have an extremely unique two piece set of late 1920s beach pyjamas. They come to you in a light weight, absolutely fantastic floral Art Deco print with royal blue contrast in an Art Deco Patterning on the front two pockets as well as a flash of blue on each side of the wide leg pants. The vest, pockets and pants are all bordered with deep black trim. The top/vest is designed to be worn open over the extremely high-rise of the wide leg pants. The pants originally had black elastic around the waist, which is now used as a drawstring to tie at the waist. The pants flare out widely, full of gorgeous material to flutter coyly in a passing breeze. The set is unique in that it comes from the early days of the beach pyjamas and that it is a two-piece made to worn outdoors and not as a bed set. This is a truly rare and lovely set.

Condition - This set has no holes, stains or tears and the material is still strong and durable. The material does appear to have faded over time, while the blue material did not which is why the blue appears so much brighter than the rest of the piece. It is still a gorgeous piece with plenty of beauty to wear out in the world. It comes to you in clean ready-to-wear condition.
