Design - Such a darling 1930s Danish folk art style dress. Danish folk pieces as well as other European folk pieces were extremely popular in the U.S. during this era. The blue and white striped dress features a peter pan collar and five white buttons down the front, puff sleeves with duffs, a built in tie waist, a snap button side and the most important design element are the Danish folk art trimmings, with the mock-suspender trim down the front and back of the bodice of the dress and the rich rac with folk art people and flowers adorning the bottom. Such a darling example of this popular style.
