1920s sheer red cotton novelty print day dress, large built in caplet collar SM

A Lovely Red 1920s Cotton Dreem...

Design - Such a darling 1920s red and white novelty print cotton dress. The dress is simple in design but so full of classic 1920s style. It is sleeveless and features a fantastic wide collar or built in caplet, a drop waist with long ties in the back and a sheer red cotton novelty print that is made of small dotted circles with larger dots surrounding the circles.

*Please note that to keep this dress to the style intended the waist should not be fitted. This dress is closest to a size SMALL.

Bust- 16 1/2"
Waist - 15"
Length - 37 1/2"

Condition - This dress is in fair vintage condition. There appears to have been several repairs to the material in its lifetime. The most notable repair is to a half of one of the large circles, there are also tiny repairs done near the repaired half circle, one on the chest and one on the collar. There is also a brownish spot the size of a pencil eraser near the repaired circle on the skirt. I did not try to spot remove as I was afraid of lightening the red color. The styling was so classic 1920s that I decided to photograph and offer it at reduced price due to its issues. It is still wearable and lovely if you don't mind its history of mends. It comes to you in clean ready-to-wear condition.
