Design - Here we have the sweetest 1930s chambray blue, sheer, cotton dress. It features an oversized collar (like a rounded sailor collar) 11 white shell buttons up the front, capped sleeves, fitted waist, side zip and longer gathered skirt. The material is sheer and airy and has thousands of tiny, hand-painted, white flowers all over. A truly lovely piece.

Condition - This dress is in good vintage condition. On the chest and under the arms is not as bright as the rest of dress. Imprints of the flowers still remain throughout even where it has faded some. It comes to you in clean ready-to-wear condition.
