Beautiful strapless 1950s turquoise & white party dress with embroidered flowers prom

A Small Town Girls 1950's Turquoise & White Dreem...

Design - This beautiful 1950s party dress is fit for a dreem party or the queen of a small town parade. It is strapless and features a white organza backed by white tulle with a white, satin underdress on top of full-length pellon. All of this works wonderfully to create a very full skirt. The organza is what is called Madiera, which is a fancy white on white floral embroidery with cutwork eyelets found at the bottom of the skirt and on the bodice. A vibrant pleated turquoise band is sewn into the front of the dress and ties in a bow in the back. Both the over dress and the underdress zip and hook up the back. A simply lovely dress.

Material - Madiera, turquoise chiffon. Tulle underskirt and a satin under slip.

Maker - There is no makers mark in this dress. The classic style is coupled with a great fabric and is very well made.
