Rich brown 1940s Lace up cap toe work boots with original laces 1920s work boot styling

A Chocolate Brown Work Boot Dreem...

Design - Here we have a fantastic pair of rich, chocolate brown cap toe work boots. They feature the classic work boot styling made popular in the 1920s with the cap toe and metal loops for the laces. The stitching towards the back is unique in the way it makes a V shape instead of a curve. The construction both inside and outside of the boot is very high quality. A really desirable pair of vintage work boots.

Material - A richly patined leather.

Maker - There is no makers mark with the exception of a crest logo on the bottom of the heel. On the leather inside of one ankle are the marking "Leather Upper & Sole...Balance Man Made Matl's"

Measurements

The only way to truly find a good fit in a vintage shoe is to go by the measurements of the shoe compared to the measurements of your foot or of a shoe you have that fits.


Toe to Heel (not the insole) - 12 3/8"
Width - 4 1/4"
Heels - 1"
Shaft - 5 3/4" (From bottom of heel to top)

Condition - These boots are in great vintage condition. There is some wear and patina to the leather but the leather is supple, the laces are original. They come to you in clean, ready-to-wear vintage condition.
